Fabrication shop and the capabilities to facilitate manufacturing of car body structural parts to OEM specifications for the repair of passenger rail cars.
Truck refurbishment – (Cast and Fabricated truck assemblies).
Truck component refurbishment.
Truck derailment analysis, inspections and repair.
Feasibility analysis for passenger railcar overhaul and/or refurbishment.
Abrasive blast room (large enough to fit an 85-foot passenger rail car).
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspection (magnetic powder, visual, dye penetrant, etc.).
Pre-heat capabilities for major straightening and/or pre-weld heating of truck frames, components and/or rail car structural members.
Post heat treatment – adjacent facility that can accomplish post weld heat treatment and stress relieving processes in accordance with OEM requirements or specifications.

New, updated and retrofitting of interior and exterior lighting, PA, control systems, Cab Signal/PTC, HVAC, WiFi, Ethernet and other systems

AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS:

Testing to latest APTA, AAR and/or FRA code of tests.
Repair, replacement, modification and/or upgrading of air brake system equipment.
COT & S services utilizing AAR approved vendor(s) for overhaul, repair and testing of valves and components in accordance with latest procedures and time in service date requirements.

INTERIORS:

New, retrofitting, modifications and/or upgrading of interior seating, restrooms, lockers, linings, window installations, air ducting, luggage/baggage racks, food service areas, lounge and other table arrangements, ADA compliance facilities, flooring, etc.
